Getting our mind, bodies and spirit in shape to do what God has called us to do. Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. This is a ministry of 96 First Baptist Church it is open to anyone who wants to join us to get all aspects of your life in shape. We exercise have prayer and devotion time.
